Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply to pit bull and pit bull mixes. Limit of 2 pets per home. There are no size or weight restrictions. Pet deposit is $600 for 1 pet and $800 for 2 pets. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.
